Back-pressure reduction in the most important place, DIRECT after the turbocharger!Since the original precat represents a needle eye in the exhaust directly after the turbocharger, this spare pipe is MUST for optimum performance and responsing with the Z16LEL/LER/LET. The responsing of the turbocharger improves noticeably and the turbo pressure increases at all revs.
For all Astra h 1.6 TURBO, Corsa D OPC and Corsa D GSI the precat can be exchanged simply by the precat pipe.

| Hallo! Habe seit gestern das VKER drinn und bin sehr zufrieden mit der Passgenauigkeit. Wobei es an der V-Band Schelle ein wenig eng ist (Der Flansch an ori. Vorkat ist ein bischen dünner an der Dichtfläche als beim VKER). Ansonsten hält es was es verspricht. Der Klang wird ordentlich dumpfer und die Gasannahme wird echt brachialer. Das Bollern beim abtouren ist auch nett :-) Also das VKER ist sehr zu empfehlen:-) |
